By using oopsyparty.com or requesting rental services from Oops & Party LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

This website is operated by Oops & Party LLC, 828 E Market St, Louisville, KY 40206. The address is an office and contact location, not a walk-in retail showroom. Visits are by arrangement only.

We provide physical party decoration and event props rentals, including decorative pieces, photo booth props, event backdrops, themed accessories, and corporate event décor. Delivery, setup, and pickup may be available by arrangement. We do not provide full-service event planning.

Submitting a website form is an inquiry only. It is not a booking and does not guarantee availability. Quotes are based on selected items, quantities, rental duration, delivery arrangements, and event requirements, and are valid only as stated in the quote.

A reservation is confirmed only after the applicable quote, rental terms, and any required payments are accepted by both parties. Until then, items are not held and remain subject to availability.

Each confirmed rental is governed by the specific rental agreement or written terms provided for that booking. If those terms differ from these Terms & Conditions, the rental agreement controls for that rental.

Any applicable fees, reservation deposits, security deposits, and payment schedules will be disclosed in your individual quote or rental agreement before a booking is confirmed.

Rental items must be handled with reasonable care, kept clean and dry, and used only for their intended decorative purpose. Do not alter, paint, cut, or permanently attach anything to rental items unless we have agreed to it in writing.

You are responsible for providing accurate event details, ensuring that the event space is suitable and safe for the rented items, obtaining any permissions needed from venues or property owners, and keeping rental items secure while in your possession.

Where delivery, setup, or pickup is arranged, you agree to provide timely access, a safe and accessible setup area, and accurate location details. Charges, service areas, and schedules are confirmed individually.

Keep rental items away from open flames, heat sources, and unstable surfaces, and supervise their use around children and pets. Do not use items in a way that could cause injury or damage. Follow any care or safety instructions we provide.

You may be responsible for damage to, or loss of, rental items while in your care, as provided in your rental agreement and permitted by law. Normal wear consistent with ordinary use is not treated as damage.

Rental items must be returned, or made available for pickup, at the agreed time and place and in the condition described in your rental agreement. Late or missed returns may affect availability for other customers and may result in additional charges only if disclosed in your agreement.

The Oops & Party name, logo, website content, text, and designs are owned by or licensed to Oops & Party LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We work to keep website information accurate, but descriptions, images, and examples are for general illustration and may not reflect current inventory. Photographs are not a guarantee that a specific item is available.

The website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, or events beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by such interruptions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Oops & Party LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or rental items, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected rental. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The effective date on this page shows the latest revision. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
