Rental & Refund Policy

Rental fees depend on the selected items, rental duration, event location, and associated service requirements. Every quote is prepared individually, and we do not publish fixed prices.

A rental reservation is not confirmed by submitting an inquiry form. Reservations are subject to availability, mutually accepted terms, and any disclosed payment requirements.

Any applicable payments and security deposits will be disclosed before a booking is confirmed. We will not require payment or deposits that have not been stated to you in advance.

Any applicable cancellation deadlines, cancellation fees, and refund eligibility will be clearly documented in your confirmed rental agreement. We do not apply a universal cancellation deadline, so please review the terms for your specific booking.

Refund eligibility depends on your specific rental agreement, the circumstances involved, and applicable consumer protection laws. If you believe you are owed a refund, contact us and we will review your situation fairly.

Customers may be responsible for damaged or missing rental items as provided in the applicable rental agreement and permitted by law. Ordinary wear from normal use is not treated as damage. Please tell us promptly if something is damaged so we can discuss next steps.

Delivery, setup, and pickup arrangements must be agreed upon before the event, including timing, location, access, and any applicable charges.
